Welcome to Blackstone Health and Wellness! By enrolling in our coaching services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These Terms of Service govern your participation in our program, and we encourage you to read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

Blackstone Health and Wellness provides personalized health and wellness coaching, including fitness, nutrition, and mental wellness strategies. Our program is designed to guide individuals toward achieving long-term physical and mental well-being.

2. Client Eligibility

Our coaching services are intended for individuals aged 25–45 who are motivated to commit to a comprehensive, premium program. No prior fitness experience is required; all levels are welcome.

3. Fees and Payment

  • The total cost of our coaching program are various and subject to agreement and contract.

  • Payment is required in full prior to the start of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate payment plan.

  • All payments are non-refundable due to the comprehensive nature of our services.

4. No Guarantees

While we are committed to your success, we do not guarantee specific results. Achieving measurable progress requires full participation, dedication, and adherence to the personalized strategies provided.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

  • Blackstone Health and Wellness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, with appropriate notice given to the client.

6. Client Responsibilities

To maximize results, clients are expected to:

  • Fully engage with all coaching sessions and assigned tasks.

  • Communicate openly about challenges or concerns.

  • Follow the customized strategies and recommendations provided by their coach.

7. Program Content

All materials, strategies, and tools provided during the program are for the exclusive use of the enrolled client. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any materials is strictly prohibited.

8. Confidentiality

Blackstone Health and Wellness respects your privacy. All personal information shared during the program will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

Blackstone Health and Wellness provides information and services for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns or before starting a new fitness or nutrition program. Results may vary, and individual outcomes are not guaranteed.

Blackstone Health and Wellness is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or other health-related issues that may arise during or after the program. Participation in the program is at your own risk, and clients should seek medical clearance when necessary. This website and its services are not substitutes for emergency medical care.

10. Termination of Services

Blackstone Health and Wellness reserves the right to terminate services if a client fails to comply with the Terms of Service or demonstrates behavior that disrupts the coaching relationship.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Illinois courts.

12. Updates to Terms

Blackstone Health and Wellness reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
